Whilst I didn't meet the mechanic in person - (as was required to attend the vehicle remote from my business address), the service over the phone was excellent, with clear instructions to avoid repairs on the employee's newly completed driveway adhered to.
The vehicle was fixed with no hassle or delays, correct parts fitted, vehicle operational, keys returned and a happy employee mobile again.

The mechanic came when expected and cracked straight on trying to investigate as to the wearabouts of the problem.
His knowledge was vast and he was very communicable.
He was very happy to make sure the little jobs overlooked were corrected (like the excessive corrosion on my battery terminals)
