Matt was great, he diagnosed the problem within minutes, he then went to collect the necessary parts and then returned within the hour to install. The car is now back up and running, I am very impressed with the service provided.

Was initially going to use RAC, but the staff were acting like they could not be bothered and were rude. Didn't even bother with AA either, came across clickmechanic and after reading the postive reviews I gave it ago. I wasn't disappointed, staff actually cared about customer service and were attentive.
