Matt was efficient, pleasant and did the work exactly as he said he would. The car is an old Punto and he needed to check that it really did need a new wiper motor and which type before he placed an order as no refunds are offered by the distributor. He did that placed the order and came back once he'd got the part. Very smooth, very professional.

I found clickMehanic online as I was fed up with getting over charged from my usual place. I couldn't find the item needed on the menu, so I rang up, call was answered within 3 rings, which for me is a sign of good service, I was advised of what to do, then finished my transaction online. A couple of hours later I received a text and email advising me that a mechanic would come. Matthew the mechanic arrived on time got the job done, and wasn't over charged. It was raining so felt a bit sorry for him, but he was happy, friendly and very professional.
