Just wanted to say a huge thank you to your mechanic Matthew , the guy is an absolute credit to your company. My car broke down twice two weeks ago, first time I had it jump started as it would not start at all. The jump start got my car working but then the next morning the car would turn but not start again; I had another jump start and went Halfords and replaced my battery and drove to work only to have the same thing happen in the evening.

We have had enormous problems with our 2003 Ford Focus and, despite seeing a number of mechanics, and the car having been apparently repaired elsewhere (at great cost), it had continued breaking down.
After the diagnostics, Matthew said that the problem was the crank sensor and that we could also do with a new fuel filter.
I have yet to drive the car any distance, so do not know for certain if the problem has been solved, but I am very optimistic for the first time in a number of weeks.

We wanted to get a vehicle checked out properly with a view to buying from a private seller. Matt showed up punctually at the booked time and did a through inspection of the car and then phoned to talk through the results in detail for a good 20 mins. It was incredibly helpful and helped us to go ahead with the purchase but gave us a good bargaining position to negotiate on price at the same time as having peace of mind that nothing really serious was wrong.
