Breaks started make a scraping sound and very happy to have the breaks sorted so quickly!

My mechanic was definitely knowledgeable. After diagnosis he explained what could be wrong with the car - I asked if I would receive a report via email to which he confirmed. I have received no report with the cars issues. He did ask me to take pictures of his diagnosis screen and said "That's your report". I do not believe this is an issue with the mechanic, more the company - would advise if you are not intimately familiar with cars do not use this service.

Kazem was great! He was very thorough in checking everything over on the car and ended up saving me £1000’s as there were issues with the car that the dealership didn’t disclose. I’d recommend anyone to have a mechanic look over a car before buying it especially if it’s used. I’d recommend him to anyone! Thanks again
