Kazem phoned me on the day I booked, he asked if I would like my job done the same day, I said if that was possible. Kazem picked up my new alternator and arrived within 45 minutes. Kazem was very polite and got straight to work, when he had got the old alternator off he showed me it and the new one he was replacing it with. I booked an M.O.T and service last minute, unfortunately M.O.T was cancelled. Kazem was very profesional, arrived on time and he did a full service on my car, spotted a problem and kindly wrote it for me to explain at the garage that was going yo carry out M.O.T. He explained to me the work that he had carried out and showed parts changed like filters, oit, etc. Very please with his work, hifhly recommended
