All the issues that I requested the mechanic for were not dealt with. Such as the boot not opening, heater/air conditioning system not working and windows operating systems on driver side still not working. These problems are still not resolved. However, the car battery is now operational.

Kaz was polite and quickly diagnosed the issue. Communications were excellent.

Excellent communication from Kaz, he arrived on time and discussed with me what the work would entail and how long it would take. Work was completed quickly and he took lots of photos to show me the parts removed and the new parts going in. Kaz waited for me to test drive the car after finishing the work to ensure I was happy. Overall very happy with the service and I would use Kaz again.
