Ugur was nice to talk to, but with regarding the fault on the car (brakes lights not working) I have done everything what he recommended.

Hi the glow plugs as requested were changed and service carried out with the harness replaced. As you had said you replaced the bulbs but when i mentioned the brake switch you had said you never replaced it but now you have said you replaced it which confuses me. Also you did mention pressing on the brake pedal for a long time that you had another light come on. Please be more accurate about the review. Thank you

Vauxhall Corsa Bonnet release cable replacement

I was concerned about Ugur changing my bonnet release cable in the dark. However, he was very professional and efficient, which reassured me. After the job was finished he explained what he had done. I was finally pleased with how efficiently and easily the work had been completed.

1. Didn’t reset service light (I asked him he said he did actually didn’t)
2. Headlight cover didn’t close properly (he left it one side unsecured),
3. Didn’t do the test drive.
4. Not friendly at all.
Overall I won’t be using it again.

I'm suprised at the review you have left. Service light was reset you have a warning lights for your ABS. You even checked yourself. You asked me to change a headlight bulb which usually is not included in the service yet i still changed it for you however the cover has a one clip thats broken so its nothing i can do. I have no issues with my customers however while im working on a vehicle i don't like being interrupted or when a customer starts changing things on their cars whilst im in the process of repairing/servicing the vehicle.
