I originally thought the mechanic was good. He promised to call me the next day to fix the problem he couldn't do there and then. I ended up paying for a job that didn't need doing and still have the problem, despite the mechanic knowing what was wrong. Totally dissatisfied.

Ugur arrived bang on time, the fault with my car was not a simple one to spot but he kept going till he found it.

Ugur was brilliant. He not only changed the car battery but helped us find out what had caused the battery drain. Advice given was clear and easily understood.

My mechanic was great. He was on time and got to work straight away. After he explained what had happened to the car, which was useful to know, I couldn't be happier with the work he carried out. I would be happy for him to do further work on the car if it's needed.
