El's report was very valuable. It gave us peace of mind before buying the car.

EL was friendly enough, but told me I needed more parts than I needed, he told me I needed a new battery and a new alternator, £870, I initially said go along with the work, but then I called The AA breakdown service out. EL was half right it did need a new battery but not an alternator, The AA replaced the battery and is working fine£235 Total cost. Saving of £635

El was excellent. I booked for an appointment the following day, but he called and offered to try and get me sorted a day earlier.

He arrived towards the end of the day, as expected, and got straight to work.

Clearly very knowledgeable and got the job done (replacing a snapped alternator belt) within 30 minutes.
