Snapped serpentine/auxiliary belt on 2010 B Class Mercedes, was told by roadside recovery that the car would need to lifted and engine dropped to get the belt on due to location of belt. We required the car urgently so called ESY and what can I say, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done without any hassle.

He checked the for possible causes and reassured me that the pulleys and tensioners were all fine, did a check over to ensure the alternator was charging and no faults were registered.

Car is back on the road, same day, not an easy job as Mercedes decided on a very poor location for the belt but El did the job with no complaints.
