Very knowledgeable he thinks he found the problem the only problem is Eddy told me I should find the part on line it would be cheaper and attempt to fit myself.
But he couldn't guarantee this was the problem would fix the issue.
Reply from Eddy:
Hi, the diagnostic was categoric as per the report I emailed you. The part is £132.12 from dealer and £58.50 online hence my recommendation. As you were doing a full respray on a custom van on your driveway I assumed you would be capable of replacing the faulty switch to save more money?
The only thing I couldnt guarantee is if the part would be plug and play or will need a reset once fitted.
Clickmechanic do not list this part so are unable to quote hence my suggestions.
If you would like for clickmechanic to do the follow on work, youll need to phone them for a bespoke quote.
