Ciprian arrived on time and was very polite and respectful, he kept me informed of progress and issues to be addressed although didn't push me to have the work carried out there and then.

We have used Ciprian, on other vehicles and he has always been very good, to deal with. Always prompt with the repairs and should he find something else wrong, will always advise you on the best course of action.

Ciprian was excellent in arranging an immediate tow and doing the diagnostic and clutch change the next day. It needed another part which he sourced at a good price for delivery the next morning and the car was returned later that day. I have waited a few days but have not found any snags so regard the job as successful. Ciprian was excellent with communication and explanation. Very good experience.
