Ciprian was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. Came to pick my car up for me and dropped it back off after doing the work required in record time! He updated me all the way through, and explained everything in plain English! He was 100% honest about the issues my car had and didn’t try to scam me by telling me it all needed fixing today! Suggested there was still ware in my glow plugs and didn’t need to change. Checked my engine light for free and diagnosed for me. I'm very impressed with Ciprian's professionalism. He was on time, very infomrative and easy to communicate. Probably, my most pleasant mechanic experience I ever had.

My mechanic turned up on time, but he said he was unable to do any work at the road side, my car wouldn't start he tried to put jump leads on but was unsuccessful then he decided to try and jump start my car and I live on a steep hill. My car was left at the bottom of it as it failed to start, he did say he would know by the time he passed 3 cars whether it would start or not but the car ended up at the bottom which is a dead end, it's taken 2 days to have my car recovered from the street because of the location it was left in, and I've now had feedback from the garage of what is wrong with my car and it was none of the 3 things he told me on the day he came to inspect it. I think £79 was a really unfair price to be charged for the work that was done on the day and I wouldn't use this service again as I was no better off in any way. A few recovery companies came to see the car and a lot refused to even attempt it, I was lucky to even get it to a garage in the end and I'm grateful for the guys that organised it. After going into Kwik Fit for some info on break pad changes and was told no one available for two weeks I contacted Red Garage. Fantastic Service and Communication from Ciprian
Collected care and completed work efficiently.
Gave the car a further inspection and detailed when things may need further work in time. Highly recommend and a lesson to me in why we should support our local garages more. Will be using again.
