Mechanic was freindly and answered phone but didn’t do a through look at parts of the car. Lots overlooked. I Asked to look at some specific parts of the car as part of an inspection, asked about corrosion and bubbling of paint etc, said the paint was pristine. I have just viewed the car and traveled 2 hours to see it and it’s got corrosion on all wheel arches and the tailgate which I was told wasn’t the case. I’m not happy with the work carried out, no thoroughness and wasted me a 4 hour round journey to view a car. The report was very basic and lacking any real detail. Not what I expected for a report of this price. I have had other reports done in the past that where much more specific and helpful for a sale. Read more

Slight mix up over the parts required which necessitated a change of day, I wasn't happy with this. Also, was expecting the work to be carried out on my driveway but car was taken to their garage, which was about a 20 mile round trip.

All in all, Ebo carried out the required work, happy with job and price. Ebo was pleasant and friendly to deal with.

The mechanic did great on the work done ..was an hour and a half late ..the only thing I was wondering is why the money was taken in the morning when click mechanic say money will not be taken before job was completed. it put me on edge all day especially when time spot came and went and had not a message to say you were running late.

Ebo was great. Called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, worked on the issue and answered questions I had, finished promptly, tidied up and left. Issue (new rear brake pads) resolved and brakes working perfectly. All for less than half the price a main dealer quoted me the day previous. I couldnt be happier and feel glad to have found a great local mechanic I will return to again and recommend.

Turned up on time, and replaced the part in good order. Done an excellent job.
