Florin did a great job. He was polite and friendly both over the phone when he confirmed the booking and when he came to pick up and deliver the car. The work has been done to a high standard and my car was returned looking clean and tidy after a valet.
I am extremely satisfied, will use the service again and reccomend it to friends and family.

It was my first time using ClickMechanic, and was a little uncertain arranging for work with a Mechanic I hadn't used before.

However, Florin did a great job replacing the clutch system on my car. He collected the car, kept me informed and when there was an extra small part needed, he sourced it from a main dealer quickly and completed the work.

Florin is clearly a really good mechanic and crucially has the customer service skills with it.
