Disappointed to see the original quote increase at final payment with the addition of a recovery fee which I wasn't made aware of at the time of booking. I had advised ClickMechanic that the car was undrivable and had assumed [wrongly] that the price quoted was to complete the repairs in-situ.
The repair took longer than expected, the reasoning behind which was explained and understood. Jon was friendly, knowledgable and courteous throughout the process and took time to explain the repair he had completed when he returned the car in a fixed and drivable condition.
