John was very professional, diagnosed and resolved the issue very quickly.

Mechanic was ok, when he dropped the car off, he did not put the engine oil cap back on properly and there was engine oil everywhere. He mentioned about finishing the engine oil and filter, and additional jobs but never completed the job, I had to chase the mechanic to organize a time and day for him to complete the work, that never came to fruition.
Have been chasing him since the middle of Feb 2024.
Receiving a refund and will be taking the work to another mechanic.
Would not recommend this mechanic or the garage he works at.

I hadn't expected my car to be taken away for repair, and so I was a bit worried to get a phone call later in the day to say it would take a second day to finish. However, all was well - the car came back at 8pm the second day, working beautifully.

Jon was friendly and competent, confirmed the problem nice and quick and provided quote for doing the repair there and then. Also pointed out other things to keep an eye on for the car in the near future.
