Requested service not provided as not agreed for quoted price however charged cancellation fee without informing the customer.
Card details are required as part of requesting the work and they can charge what they want.

when you booked you were asked to answer some questions, one of which referred to locking wheel nuts to which you answer none fitted, when I attended there were locking wheel nuts which I offered to remove for a fee of £50 which you refused as the work was not able to be carried out the job was cancelled and a cancellation fee was charged as set out in the terms and conditions, this fee barely covers my lost time and fuel and as I was unable to take on other jobs for your reserved time actually cost me money, I am running a business and do not work for free and as you can see from my other reviews I have never had a bad one .
