He was friendly and punctual. While analysing my car, he was distracted by a phone call. He couldn't use the diagnostic tool as something was wrong. After a series of attempts to start the car, he said that he couldn't hear the power going to the engine and advised me to buy a new car cause it was not worth repairing. 1 hour later, my car started with my jump starter very easily. Long story short my car is now at my mechanic for a full service and a new battery and possibly a change of the spark plugs . all suggestions that I had made.....

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend. Communication a bit strained at times however very apologetic at the end hence the 5stars still. Great for a speedy service.

He did well, but only time will tell how effective his work is. I have nothing else to add at this stage.

My Land Rover was booked in for a cambelt change. The car was collected from home and returned back home the next day in perfect working order. Jakub the mechanic was polite and courteous at all times and certainly works hard - my car was returned home at 9pm. I will be using JK Auto Works again.

Despite some supply chain issues with parts, my brakes we replaced to specification and communication on issues was excellent
