Originally booked in for discs and pads changed, pointed out my caliper was broken and gave a quote there and then for replacement. Excellent job and done in no time

30 minutes late , but when got here polite and friendly job done in less time than quoted . Thank you for a good job .

Lura arrived with 2 other guys, not much conversation and a slight language barrier. I had to ring him to check if he was coming due to the time slot elapsing. He arrived soon after and they put new discs and pads front and rear in an hour. I’ve test driven the car and all seems well.

I was scheduled to have a mechanic called Lura attend. However neither of the two guys who turned up were him. 'He's our boss', I was told! Reviews are meaningless if someone completely different shows up. Both mechanics were friendly and helpful and seemed to know their stuff. However it is hard to communicate when the one doing the diagnosis has very limited English and his colleague has to act as interpreter! I also felt £80 was a bit steep for assessing my car was irreparable after about half an hour. That said I was grateful for the information so I could make an informed decision to scrap the vehicle.
