Lura is a great dedicated worker and well go the extra mile to sort out the issue. We needed 5 different belts before he got the right one that fitted.

However he needs to improve communication and letting his customers know what is going on and improve punctuality.

With improved communication and punctuality he is 5***** but this is something that can improve.

But I can't fault his effort and dedication to sort out the issue.

Lura was very friendly quick and efficient very happy with the work he has done on my car after so many knock backs I didn’t think it could be fixed. I will definitely use again.

Two of them travelled 2 hrs to get here and worked non stop for 5 hrs. Very curtious and helpful. Although extra work and cost were needed they discussed the problems with me and did an excellent job.

He arrived a little late, around 45 minutes, a call ahead to say he was on his way would have relieved my anxiety. When he arrived he asked me what the problem was. Once I explained he and the guy he was with got straight to work. My work colleagues couldn't believe they were doing the job on my driveway and were very impressed given the work involved. I've given it a few days since the work was done and everything seems to be good! With the new clutch and flywheel, it feels like a new car! I was very impressed and incredibly greatful that Lura was able to do the job. I'd been fobbed off by my usual garage and a couple of other local ones, it's been suggested to me because of the time involved to replace the flywheel. I'd been without a car for 5 weeks before trying this website. I certainly wouldn't hesitate again! The job in total took these guys just over 3 hours. Great work and would very much recommend! Iura was really good. Got the job done efficiently. We had to leave the house whilst he was there and that was no problem at all, so thanks for that as well.

Avoid like the plague - Absolutely apalling. Advertise mechanics are vetted and qualified but buried in the terms and conditions is the fact that the mechanic you enter into contract with is at liberty to send someone else to do the work. No obligation fof this person to be vetted or qualified. My contracted mechanic says he sent his friend to replace my clutch, had to go straight to garage first time tried to drive it.
