The work was carried out in incorrect order meaning my car failed it’s MOT, work should of been completed before MOT taking place. The works completed are of a good standard. Just poor organisation and done in wrong order. Car was picked up at 10am and not dropped back till nearly 8pm that night which was later then told. I had to chase them to find out what was going on and why it was late, instead of him communicating with me about what time car should be returned. No resolution after as was very angry about the car being put in for MOT prior to work being carried out. This was done to suit the mechanic as had to much work on. He wouldn’t accept this was done in the wrong order due, excuse was he could only get a booking slot for MOT In the morning. This job was booked in over 2 weeks before it was done so plenty of time to plan the job and get it booked in. Would not recommend at all. Read more

Very friendly, great service, would definitely use again. My car got collected on time and was back on the same day.

My mechanic was great he did a good job took my car and returned it at 5 o’clock when I asked. Runs like a dream also did MOT. Very pleased will recommend him and use him again.

Tony Hinds is a good guy he dropped off my car said he had a lot of cars to sort out in the day and was sorry for the delay caused to me.i hope to use his services again as i didnt know he had a lot of cars to deal with,he said in future he will try to adjust me better into his schedule.thanks Tony.
