He Called on the way and communicated allday with me with updates and Explained what had been done and couldn't of been nicer when he dropped my car home again

Appointment was due between 8 and 10 am. By almost 11, with no communication from Mechanic, I rang to be told that he was just around the corner. He turned up an hour later at 12 noon, 2 hours late. I asked how long it would take, to be told that the car would be back within 2 hours. The car was returned 5 hours later! The reason people use this service is for convenience and reliability. You need to get better at this, as well as communicating with your clients if you will not be there when you say you will.
