The service provided by Alistair was second to none. My car was collected on time and repairs were carried out enthusiastically and professionally. The car was with Alistair longer than planned but that was due to other work that needed to be carried out. I was out of the country for some of the time that Alistair had the car, but communication from him was excellent, informing me all the way to work completion. The car was returned to me on time all work done appears to be satisfactory. I completely recommend Alistair for any work that needs doing.

As the vehicle was booked for Wednesday and collected I'm still waiting for it return (Friday 10:27)
Commutation; I had to ring Wednesday evening to be told that it would not be ready until Thursday.
they phoned on Thursday afternoon to say that it failed the mot (booked for Wednesday) and they could not get a retest to Friday morning. In mitigation the repairs new cambelt, starter motor and service. |And i could understand that it may be in overnight, the commutations were poor

We are sorry u have felt this way about your booking as we explained the mot booking got moved to the following day due the testing station having a family emergency, in the mean time your service , cambelt repairs were all done , the vehicle then failed its mot on the Thursday requiring new parts , we could not get a retest until the Friday morning which was the done and the vehicle returned back to yourself.
This was all relayed to you over phone calls wile we had the vehicle , which you said you wanted to collect the vehicle on the Thursday and return it back on the Friday for retest , u then changed your mind late in the day to leaving it with us until the Friday.
We feel your poor Review is very unaccounted for and u can see from all our other reviews we run a very professional vehicle repair garage .
