Honda Jazz Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

The mechanic was booked in for me(according to the 2 emails on the subject ) for 7-9am last Friday.He did not appear. I emailed and heard nothing. At about 9.45 I found a phone number to ring and was told he was coming at 10! When he did, he was friendly and said he would bring it back "when he could" but it was over at Heathrow area...I was worried all morning because I had SPECIFICALLY asked for it to be done EARLY so as to be DEFINITELY assured it would be back in good time for me to collect my grand-daughter from school. A DIFFERENT mechanic brought it back, 4 hours later, in good time for me-- but one who could barely speak English, though friendly.
I could not ask him for a written assurance that BOTH REAR BRAKE PADS AND DISCS had been replaced. I have TWICE asked in emails SUBSEQUENTLY for such written assurance that this work was what was carried out, but so far
have not had it. I was reluctant to fill out this feedback form until I had had my written assurance and so far I have not had it.

Hi this is Jon the mechanic who did your work for you on your car, thank you for your feedback in regards to your car .
Your car was scheduled collection between 8-10am my driver who was coming out to you was held up in traffic on route but did not have a hands free device to contact you , I did look up where he was on tracker for you while you was on the phone to give you as accurate time as possible but please except my appoligies for being 15 mins outside the collection time .
In regards to the driver who returned your car joa is Portuguese and is our in house resident Porsche Specialist a i only sent him out as a emergency as I was made aware you needed the car back ASAP .
Last bit not least the work carried out on your car I can confirm was new rear brake discs and pads install to your Honda jazz we also unseized both rear brake sliders that were seized which I did not charge for even tho this took a additional 1 hour .
I hope this clears this all up for you .
