Great service for a MOT and interim service. Car was picked up and brought back promptly. Great communication regarding the work and what time they would be round to get the car.

Arrived on time to collect the car and delivered car well within the expected time. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I used a guy called Jon, shoddy work. Changed my back centre light and cut the water pipe and wires that connects the windscreen wiper. He then joined them back together so when I tried to use the windscreen wiper the water just leaked round the exposed wires. Shock and not the first time he’s messed up. My fault for going cheap. Stay clear.

Collected and delivered promptly.
Notified by phone before procedure with headlamps carried out.

John was very good. The car was collected and returned on time and the drivers were very polite. My only comment (and this is not a reflection on John) is that the Click Mechanic service did not make me aware that the car would be doing a 70mile round trip to get its brakes changed; had I known that I would have opted for a mobile or more local service to save fuel and environment costs.....
