I’m very pleased with the service I received today. From booking to having the repair done. The mechanic turned up on time to collect my car and knowing I was finishing work at a specific time, went above and beyond I feel, to ensure the work was completed by then and car dropped back to me. He was also friendly and polite. And wow, what a difference the car now feels to drive after having the timing belt changed! Email from the garage send promptly with a breakdown of costings. I have used ClickMechanic a few times now and have received a great service every time. Thank you

The suspension issues turned out to be much more serious - a broken-off bolt- than as noted in MOT advisory. Jon explained fully and the job was completed quicker than expected. I would happily recommend Jon and his team.

Very pleased with work done but car out of petrol, nearest garage 6 miles away, petrol gauge 3 bars but Car went from Woodcote to Slough.
When clutch was repaired after breaking down, it went to Reading which is nearer and came back empty.
Both occasions will have to get someone to get me some petrol. Maybe need to be aware cars need plenty petrol as don’t know how far it is going to
