Finding someone to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the car I might buy was essential for my peace of mind. As the car was for sale, prompt attendance was vital to avoid risk of a competing customer for the vehicle snapping it up before me. Jon attended with less than 24 hours notice and fulfilled all my requirements, giving me utmost confidence the car was in sound condition and a good buy. I'm delighted. He phoned me to report back immediately on completion, gave a good report and even recorded some photographs. which was above and beyond.
Prior to ClickMechanic assigning Jon, the website wasn't functioning properly which caused me some frustrating delay (I lost 24 hours) but once the job was assigned it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Great service. There was a problem sourcing a part that was going to be changed at my request as a precaution. They tried three times to get the right part and were unable to get it. But they advised that my current part was in fact ok and refitted it and updated the invoice to take it off. Would use them again and recommend them.
