Very happy with the major service and mot. Friendly mechanic and explained things well.

To be fair, everyone I spoke with was polite. However, my satisfaction with the work remains undetermined, as an unexpected issue has now emerged. The explanation I was given is unacceptable, as the supposed cause has never previously resulted in my vehicle’s front and rear lights turning on and off. This is frustrating and concerning, and I expect a proper resolution.

Our mechanic was the best, called before he arrived. Explained what he was going to do when he was here. Told me what the issue was and that he could come back the next day to fix it and kept his word. Polite and friendly and would recommend. The cost was also under what the high street garages wanted to charge as well
