Didn't meet the mechanic. My car was picked up by a friendly chap who was very polite. I was conned by another garage in Mitcham so am in a dispute with them & the RAC as they were allegedly RAC approved but after reading some reviews I should of steered clear of the cowboys and Indians. Auto Pro was refreshing from pick up of my vehicle to drop off. Was seamless! Rear wheel bearing which was causing a racket and wasn't diagnosed by the dodgy garage in Mitcham was replaced and the car was back with me within 3 hours. Definitely will use again in the future as my first experience was hassle free and very convenient as they're just 20 minutes away.

Very bgood service, quick and nicely done. They came two hours later than agreed but I was informed via Whattsapp. A very positive experience.

My car was repaired off site and as such I never actually met the mechanic.
The car was collected by a member of the team. His name was Tom and he was so friendly and helpful.
Tom was a great representative for the company, and this far after the clutch repair I must report that the whole process for me to get this clutch replaced was made so easy by Click Mechanic and Auto Pro.
I would use both companies in the future. Both very professional, a sincere thanks.
