Joshua came out to find where coolant was leaking from my engine and quickly and confidently identified the problem. He also did a vehicle health check and changed a bulb that had gone at no extra charge. He was friendly and communicative and explained everything clearly.

He was neither friendly nor knowledgeable, he spent 20 minutes on the car, then claimed the car needed a spark plug and fuel drain and needed to be transported to a garage, he then went on to recommend someone who can transport for £100.00 instead of going through click mechanic who charges upto £70.00. He then went on to recommend a mechanic to do the work, again without going through click mechanic. He refused to order the part needed via car mechanic or to follow the procedure set out by your company. He spent another 20 minutes shouting when I refused to sign his paperwork for his shoddy lack of service. I told him I was going through the resolution centre and he stated there was no one there today, yet I received an email at 10:43 from Andrew.
