Joshua was very thorough. Called beforehand to talk though any concerns, knew a few key issues to look out for with the make and model, and spent time with the dealer to gather a few extra useful insights. With my having previously driven other examples in-person, his inspection gave me the confidence that I'd found a good option and I made the purchase the following day. Great job.

Josh was great. Gave us some tips also about maintenance and gave the engine as look over to see if anything else may need doing (not just to get more work either)

Joshua was friendly, quick and efficient and diagnosed the problem rapidly.

Joshua, the mechanic, was indeed knowledgeable at his job, but not that great with interpersonal skills. He promptly identified the problem, but when it came to fixing the issue, he was only able to book me in for the next week, which is not what we, as customers, need. We need quick and prompt fixes to our cars, as most of us use them to drive to work. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is room for improvement.

Left engine cover off.. moaned a lot.

Didnt really get to the end of what was actually up with it.

Said he couldn’t get to the starter motor.

Just a guess that’s what was up with the van.
