I paid £80 for the same day diagnostic because my windshield wipers wouldn't work when I tried to use them earlier. Mitch provided very good communication about when he would arrive and then texted 15 minutes before arrival to confirm. He was very polite and professional. We chatted about the problem and he opened the hood and went to test the windshield wipers and they worked (much to my surprise). He then went back under the hood to understand why they weren't working previously and confirmed that one of the wires was loose. He offered to tighten this, which I agreed. I really wish he would have confirmed how much it would cost me for him to do this (£40) because I never would have accepted if I had realised as I could have easily done it myself. That being said, he did an excellent job diagnosing and I've learned my lesson to ask about cost before agreeing to anything. Read more
