Hello. Irfan came at 17:00 ,he looked at the car and diagnosed as having a housing filter cracked and when I asked him if he can repair it he struggled to answer positive and suggest me to look for a local mechanic as he lives in Newcastle and I live in Durham which is 16 miles between us. He also said that he is going to send me a cote for repairing the car, next day which he didn't. As for ClickMechanic you said you going to send me a competent mechanic, Irfan he wasn't anywhere near that. Avoid

Irfan was friendly and knowledgeable. He rang to say he was on his way and gave me a summary after he'd finished the inspection, as well as sending a full report. He picked up a few things I hadn't noticed and I feel that opting for the inspection was very worthwhile.
