Ifran arrived well within the 2hr window. I was having a private seller van pre purchase checked. Ifran seemed very knowledgeable and answered my questions honestly. I not sure if all the checks in the premium checklist are relevant to vans and therefore whether it's good value for money.
I have a basic understanding of car mechanics but not enough to hang the purchase of a used vehicle from a private seller, hence we used ClickMechanic.

I was really happy and impressed with Ifty. He was very friendly, pro active and punctual. The seller also spoke well of Ifty.

I picked up my new car yesterday and am very frustrated that the Air con is not working. Within the report I received it states "like new condition" & "excellent".

I have now paid for the car in full and have no comeback with the seller. Had I known the air con was faulted I would have insisted on an investigation and/or would have haggled the price down.

I have now paid full price for the car and I will have further costs to cover to investigate and fix the air con within the car - this is likely to be costly.

Irfan was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly and gave me some very good advice.

The mechanic was friendly and knew what he was doing. I am happy with his diagnosis.
I would like to have him come to carry out the work of replacing the starter motor, as he said it was what the problem was with the car.
