Really pleased with the service, purchased vehicle Audi A3 2.0 tdi sport back.I had paid for additional diagnostics to check Turbo as these are £1000.00 to replace if faulty or any faults on vag. com, all came back clear the engineer even picked up the rear brake dustcover had perished.I would recommend these engineers AA or Rac inspections would cost around £165.00, the basic inspection starts from £78.00 with click mechanic the additional diagnostics extra cost was £20.00 -£30.00 the final cost £107.00 worth every penny clutch, gearbox or Turbo replacements or any Audi parts are a premium cost. The booking for inspection was very fast within 24hrs AA or Rac takes a few days so could move quickly on the purchase of car. When i booked i didnt realise it was the Friday of the bank holiday so Lataniel was slightly late to arrive .He was very knoledgable, soon found the problem and explained how I could fix it myself. If you are not mechanically minded you can always book him to fit the part.

Problems sourcing spares for older vehicle led to very prolonged attempt at repair. Eventually secondary fault found, I am sure a mechanic with more experience in working on these cars would have diagnosed problem sooner. Very disappointed that original quote was increased by £100 without any reference to myself, and that further damage had been done to vehicle removing air filter assembly which was only found once car was sent to local garage to fix problem. An expensive experience, local specialists fully conversant with the vehicle charge the same hourly rate but are more technically knowledgeable.

The mechanic turned up on time and was very helpful and understanding of the problems with my car, explained what was wrong and pointed the problem areas out to me so that i understood.
He also sent me a full report via my email.
I would certainly use this mechanic again and highly recommend him.

Punctual and very good communication

Thorough and careful, good communication and found the fault although unable to fix as parts needed. Good discussion and helpful. only very minor negative he arrived earlier than stated and had to wait for me to arrive.
