Very helpful, even though couldn't fix my car he did provide the relevant information for me to make enquires with the relevant repairers.

The mechanic was 5hrs late due to motorway traffic, but he did communicate with my husband regularly to keep him updated. When he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem instantly but did not have the part with him. He returned promptly the following morning to complete the work.
