Whilst we were unable to get the car going, the mechanic was extremely helpful and friendly and did all the basic checks, finally diagnosing it was an electrical control unit problem which needed an expert in that particular field. He gave me useful advice as to the way forward,

Great work by Brandon, went above and beyond, only rated punctuality 4 stars as arrived a bit later than planned but that's harsh of me if I'm honest as it would have been a long drive in peak traffic, that's the mitigation, and the work was completed in a very reasonable time which is the important part.
