Two diagnostic visits and an expensive timing belt changed. Car still not on the road. £600 spent and car still doesn’t work. 3 different mechanics seem like they just guess at a problem charge for the job and leave it still not running.
Having spark plugs changed tomorrow after advice from last mechanic, he wouldn’t answer when I asked when he’d do it.

Brandon was on time, I was initially surprised that the cambelt was being changed on my drive, as being a DS3 with a wet belt I thought it would have to be up on a ramp... but he said he's changed lots of these wet belts before, so gave him the benefit of the doubt, and all seems well, at the moment..
