Darren responded to the text I sent the day before my pre-purchase inspection with some extra info for him, and arrived promptly on the day after giving me an ETA when he was on route. He checked the car with no fuss, worked quickly and went through the report with me at the end, as I was present, comparing the vehicle in question (Nissan X-Trail) with those he’d seen before and giving opinions on some extra bits of work I ought to have done should I buy the car. Cant ask for more, great job.

Darren was brilliant. Gave me a call to say he was on route. Arrived on time.
Explained what work he was going to do on my car.
When work completed Darren checked everything including test driving the vehicle.
Before Darren left he talked me through all the service carried out to make sure i was completely satisfied.
I felt 100% confident in Darren and his work.

I Had brake pads and discs replace, I couldn't be there for the work but Darren did a good professional job. I have no complaints. Obviously as I wasn't on site communication was limited to "I have finished your good to go" he arrived and completed the task within the parameters that had been arranged.

Darren turned up punctually in the agreed time window after texting to advise that he was en route. When he arrived he got straight to work and fixed the replacement brake pads quickly. Darren fitted a replacement battery. Punctual, fitted in less than an hour, very efficient. Would recommend.
