Darren was an absolute star, spoke with him before he arrived due to a concern I had with the vehicle and he delivered. Spent a good while on the phone with me after explaining his findings and what he thought of the car. He also added pictures and gave a solid pre purchase report of the car which helped me make my mind up and also save money.

Toyota Corolla Car Won't Start Inspection

Mechanic arrived 2 hours late and crashed into the front of my car in his haste to park. Wouldn't recommend this service to friends, nor use this service again myself.

Hi thanks for review I arrived at 1820 as eta advised a earlier agreed was booked betweeen 1600-180 so only actually 20 mins outside original booking window but yes not our usual punctual service ,but if really busy all day each task takes just a few minutes longer this can lead to end of day appointments running slightly late ,as for crashing into car it wasn’t as I would describe a crash upon parking the number plates touched as slightly as terraced street parking was very limited dust mark on number plates. But got car started headgasket diagnosed follow on quote requested next day hopefully will be of assistance in future thanks .
