Darren was excellent and this is a great service I've also used before, splash guard on underside of car was hanging off and he has managed to re-secure it within the diagnostic time window for no extra charge, only time will tell if the undercarriage thing itself has further damage but Darren has done a very efficient job

I’m undecided whether the ‘full’ inspection was carried out as He arrived before me, was told a time that I would be there, was told he wasn’t their long it says the inspection should take about an hour to go over everything.. also marked down that I didn’t have a spare wheel opened the boot and low and behold a spare wheel.. did he check?? What else did he miss?? Seems like I paid £80 for a ‘quick’ Check and things were missed. Wouldn’t use again

Hi I arrived earlier so not to inconvenience the spare was a clerical error as I did check in boot to so all wheel brace jack ,also we have to check to boot floor which is checked from under neath as well as from in boot etc was all there and in order every single item on list was checked you may have noted seat belts still plugged in , everything from electric mirror to interior lights heater controls clutch everything then the behind the scenes things copying report onto I pad are done at a more convenient place if the time allocated is a guide some take far longer I’ve had as much as 4 hrs on some
Due to amount of defects my total time on Saturday was 1.
75 hrs from start to finish I’m sorry you weren’t able to watch but most people prefer the fact it’s checked before then arrive I did try calling as soon as I had finished but no answer I’m sorry you feel this way I did carry out check thoroughly including all points on check and road test think you would agree the car was pretty much tip top condition ,hopefully this clarifies the issue raised thanks we welcome good and not so good reviews thanks
