The car was collected, had an MOT and full service and was returned in less than 5 hours. Excellent service.

Picked up car and it was a late booking, so good for that, brake disc and pads were changed, again seems great! However as the driver was leaving he said " oh by the way, your rear caliper is ripped, wasn't us, probably seize up in 3 months, bye!". Caliper would have been a 5 minute job while doing the discs, but no contact and now I'll have to pay for it all removing again. And I'm sure my car hadn't seized up in the previous 3 months or when kwik fit were under it 2 months previous to fit new tyres...nothing on the health check. Dodgy, bad customer service because of this and definitely will not use again.

Guy arrived to pick my car up for new discs and pads within the timescale given. He was polite and friendly.
Was asked when I required car back. Said anytime today. Brought car back a few hours after collecting with shiny new discs and pads. Been out on test drive and brakes back to being good. Will defo use this service again & very reasonable on prices as well

I decided to use click mechanic as I thought it would be the easiest way to get my car serviced and MOT'd whilst working full time. They took the car away for the service, which i was under the impression that they would do it on my drive. No communication from them, had to chase constantly to get updates. Only way to contact them was to message through click mechanic - no phone number available. Despite the fact that my car was an hour away, they constantly reassured me that it would be returned by 5pm. They messaged at 4:30pm to say that my car had failed its MOT (clearly was never going to be returned by 5pm, even if it had passed). Then told they would instantly quote me for the repairs so I could decide whether I wanted to get the repairs done with them (not as I had much choice as my car was an hour away and I had no way of getting it back). Took them an hour to send me the quote, by which time it was far too late to contact any other garage or arrange recovery for my car. Next day getting the repairs done, no communication again, had to send multiple messages to get a response as to what was happening with my car. Good set of lads. They know their stuff and easy to talk to. Communication is brilliant with regular updates and video evidence of any faults found. Honest, knowledgeable lads who I'll definitely use again in future
