Broke my locking wheel key promised to replace it but haven't done so won't use them again.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my colleague that was dealing with this incident and he has advised he has been in touch with you. I would like to clarify the locking nut broke due to rust which is not something within our control. As a goodwill gesture we offered a replacement, this was ordered from Ford and we were advised due to the easter holidays it will be with us mid next week. I understand your frustration and apologise for the delay however, the delay with Ford is not something we can expidite and this has been communicated to your by my colleague. As advised, as soon as Ford notify us we will collect the item and send it to yourself.

Peugeot Boxer Clutch replacement

Booked my campervan for a new clutch the garage phoned me to arrange to collect and arrived a hour and half early. Just after 5pm was told the clutch has been replaced and will be back on my drive in 15 mins.
