Mechanic turned up in the time allocated, quickly confirmed Clutch slave cylinder issue.

Diagnositics only, repairs would have been as much as vehicle is worth. The news was broken in a nice manner :)

Sean turned up on time and started on the correct route to fixing the problem. Unfortunately modern car technology wasn't kind to me so car had to be towed. Car was fixed and returned within quote.

Sean was very friendly and efficient and explained everything that he was doing rather than leaving me in the dark. Glad that he was able to make the return visit on the Tuesday evening otherwise my Christmas may have been ruined!

Mechanic was very friendly and sorted the problem quickly.

Shaun was in a big hurry and while it was true he identified and resolved the immediate symptoms of the car not starting, he did not satisfactorily explain how that had occurred neither did he deal with the fact that the engine was making a funny sound.

He was with us less than 15 minutes so very expensive and we still don't know why the car is not sounding right!

Not a great experience, and we were not left feeling it was value for money although strictly speaking he did get the car started by selling us an expensive battery, I think the unexplained noise relates to a worn belt which may be affecting the charging of the battery!.
