Highly recommend the Clickmechanic service. Polite and punctual service at a great price. My VW does not get much use so when it started making a noise from the brakes I first called the VW main dealer to be told (after 15mins of customer information gathering) that they were too busy to see the car at short notice. Alternatively used Clickmechanic at 5pm and Dave arrived 9am the next morning to my office, dismantled and cleaned the brakes to confirm all ok and no parts were needed. This was a fraction of the price I was expecting from the vw main dealership. Kept me informed as the work was done and showed me what was making the noise.

Efficient. Polite. Helpful.
Didn't talk down to me, or charge me silly money.
Would highly recommend.

Not satisfied yet as the diagnostics is incomplete !! The mechanic has not been able to identify the fault and give me a resolution so I am still in the same situation!!!! I have been assured of a call but nothing so far!!

I hope this will be resolved or if the diagnostics cannot be completed, I will be refunded my monies.

Mechanic arrived early, was clear, concise and efficient. Took info away with him, said he would come back to me on Tuesday and did so with a great quote... not difficult to see why this company has five stars.
