Aj was polite good at explaining what was happening with the car and did the job well

AJ was great, carried out the work efficiently and was very knowledgeable - speaking to me about what to expect and what to look out for following the repair. Would highly recommend.

My score below does not reflect on my mechanic, but more the ClickMechanic booking system which I would like to provide feedback on.
I was initially frustrated as I expected a mechanic on Wednesday having requested a slot on Wednesday morning. I didn't receive a confirmation within the 4 hour time stated and then on Wednesday morning received a notification that I should select more slots as availability was now low. This obviously delayed my potentially hazardous repair and could have been made explicit at the time of booking. If no one is available I shouldn't be able to select a time or if it is too short notice it should be clearly flagged up in some way. Read more

AJ was fab. Arrived within the timeslot after having a day where whatever could go wrong for him did, yet arrived well within the 2 hour window. Carried out work efficiently. Honest aswell, said that something didn't really need doing, when another mechanic had said it needed to be, could've made himself more money but was honest enough not to do so.

Firstly arrived in time
But sadly came with the incorrect brake discs
Had to come back the following day to finish the repair.
But did explain my car didn’t need front pads which I’d ordered, resulting in saving money.
But whilst the reduced payment went out of my bank account the quoted increased amount still showed pending which was a concern as I was worried I’d pay twice??
Not the mechanics issue more an admin problem with yourselves clickmechanic?

AJ called to ask if he could arrive early to do the job, which was great for us.. He completed the work very quickly and reported back to us exactly what he had done and gave us some great advice about how to proceed...

AJ was bang on, couldn’t fault him. He was on time, really polite and advised of any future work that may be done later down the line. Couldn’t fault him would use him again happily

AJ was very warm and friendly, very knowledgeable and got on with it, they had seazed a bit, the bolts too, but just laughed it off with a shrug and a little joke, and big smile, nice lad, very happy.
