AJ was fab. Arrived within the timeslot after having a day where whatever could go wrong for him did, yet arrived well within the 2 hour window. Carried out work efficiently. Honest aswell, said that something didn't really need doing, when another mechanic had said it needed to be, could've made himself more money but was honest enough not to do so.

Firstly arrived in time
But sadly came with the incorrect brake discs
Had to come back the following day to finish the repair.
But did explain my car didn’t need front pads which I’d ordered, resulting in saving money.
But whilst the reduced payment went out of my bank account the quoted increased amount still showed pending which was a concern as I was worried I’d pay twice??
Not the mechanics issue more an admin problem with yourselves clickmechanic?

AJ called to ask if he could arrive early to do the job, which was great for us.. He completed the work very quickly and reported back to us exactly what he had done and gave us some great advice about how to proceed...

This is the second job AJ has done for us and we would happily call on him again if any more work is needed 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

AJ was bang on, couldn’t fault him. He was on time, really polite and advised of any future work that may be done later down the line. Couldn’t fault him would use him again happily

AJ was very warm and friendly, very knowledgeable and got on with it, they had seazed a bit, the bolts too, but just laughed it off with a shrug and a little joke, and big smile, nice lad, very happy.

Aj communication was spot on he rang me this morning to he will be late due to the wholesalers was having problems with the computer system I was out on the road when AJ came to sort the brakes out but I'm happy what he as done 10 out of 10

I wasn’t actually present but, my partner was very pleased with the works carried out. AJ explained everything throughly and offered advice on what we need to do to stop it happening again. Great work and communication willl, use again. Thanks
