Craig was very friendly and was able to identify the issue immediately. Was able to talk me through what needed to be done to prevent the issue causing a future serious mechanical failure. Car was taken the garage to fix late morning and was brought back by early afternoon. Took the car out for a drive after the work was done and really happy with the improved quality and how much better the car feels to drive now.
