Ion diagnosed the problem straight away and installed the new starter motor in quick time, he then tested it out several times and it’s all appears to be working fine.

Arrived next morning fitted all discs an pads. Car back on the road just got to bed the brakes in now.

He communicated prior to the job to ask if the time suggested would be okay. He let me know on the day that he was 1 hour away then again when he got here.

He came across a stumbling block on the job which required slightly more work but explained what needed to be done (after showing me the issue) and he cracked on with the job.

Cannot fault his work and his attitude.
